Cancelation Policy is in effect.
The holiday season can be chaotic and we have made appointments throughout the rest of the year for our guests. . Our salon software sends out notifications when you make your appointment as well as reminders. This is to help our guests avoid last minute cancelations. We have a 48 cancelation policy, if you can not make your appointment please let us know. We understand things happen. However if you cancel after the 48 hours we will require a card on file. To make another appointment you will be required to pay for 50% of the service before we will make your appoinment.
